THE STORY
When Jessamyn Jones launched CLTR Collective, her vision was simple but powerful: help organizations build workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and excited to show up. She had a deep blend of legal insight and human-centered coaching experience — a combo that gave her a unique edge in tackling culture issues like disengagement and stagnation.
While her audience is in the corporate atmosphere, she still wanted a brand that communicated warmth, energy, and transformation at the heart of her work. She came to Creative Allure Design wanting something that felt authentic — not corporate or buttoned-up — and a presence that felt as inviting as her live workshops and client conversations.
I was challenged to develop a logo and website that would truly embody her mission: bold yet approachable, inspiring yet grounded.

We built a logo system that visually echoes CLTR Collective’s core pillars: Collaboration, Leadership, Transformation, and Relationships. The submark and supporting elements use geometry and thoughtful spacing to feel contemporary, confident, and human.
Together, we chose earthy greens and rich golds alongside modern serif typography — a palette and type language rooted in reassurance and possibility.
We curated imagery that felt alive — dynamic moments, genuine expressions, and textures that speak to warmth rather than cold professionalism.
Every page was thoughtfully laid out to tell Jessamyn’s story, showcase her services (from consulting to retreats), and make next steps feel easy and clear. The design prioritizes readability, intuitive navigation, and an experience that feels welcoming whether you’re a busy CEO or a team wanting change.
This wasn’t a one-size-fits-all process — it was a collaborative journey where Jessamyn’s ideas, inspiration boards, and personality shaped every choice.
THE OUTCOME
What we landed on feels cohesive, expressive, and distinctly human. The refined logo system gives CLTR Collective something recognizable and flexible (perfect for social, events, presentations, and more). The color palette and typography strike that balance between polished and personable.
The website now brings all of that to life — it feels easy to explore, true to Jessamyn’s voice, and genuinely reflective of who she serves. It positions her not as another corporate consultant, but as a trusted partner in culture transformation — a brand that feels credible, energized, and ready to connect with clients across Colorado and beyond.
