CLTR Collective, founded by Jessamyn Jones, is a consultancy that helps companies transform workplace culture through the pillars of Collaboration, Leadership, Transformation, and Relationships. Based in Colorado and serving clients nationwide, CLTR partners with organizations to build cultures that prioritize people, spark innovation, and elevate employee engagement.

Jessamyn’s background in both law and personal development gives her a rare ability to address disengagement, conflict, and lack of innovation with practical and human-centered strategies. She partnered with Creative Allure Design for a complete brand and website design package that would reflect CLTR’s bold mission. Her goal was a polished yet approachable identity paired with a professional website that would stand out from the typical “cold, corporate” look that dominates her industry.

I guided CLTR Collective through a collaborative process that started with brand discovery and evolved into a full Squarespace website build. Jessamyn’s questionnaires and Pinterest boards revealed her attraction to modern serif typography, bold neutrals, and geometric shapes symbolizing CLTR’s four pillars. She envisioned a boutique, bespoke brand that felt sophisticated but also joyful and inspiring—something that would invite collaboration and innovation.

From there, we designed not only a full brand identity system but also a Squarespace website that showcases CLTR’s services, values, and vision. Every design choice—from the versatile submark and color palette to the clean layouts and high-impact imagery—was made to reinforce CLTR’s positioning as an inspiring alternative to traditional HR firms. The website was optimized for both storytelling and functionality, ensuring Jessamyn could update content easily while presenting a polished, professional presence online.

THE OUTCOME

The final result is a cohesive brand and website design that communicates inspiration, growth, and collaboration at every touchpoint. The geometric submark captures CLTR’s four pillars, while the typography pairing blends professionalism with approachability. A refined palette of neutrals and bold earth tones (deep green and gold) conveys stability and transformation.

The Squarespace website brings the brand to life with an engaging, easy-to-navigate platform that highlights CLTR’s consulting services, retreat offerings, and educational resources. Built with performance and scalability in mind, the site positions CLTR as both credible and approachable—an identity designed to resonate with corporate leaders and individuals alike.
