THE STORY

Rhythm is a real estate development based in Rogers, Arkansas focused primarily on the 20-50 female demographic. This community was created with placing an emphasis on complimenting a mindful experience in the day to day lives of busy women who appreciate living mindfully.

The Rhythm brand was created with an interior design vision in mind. Every touch point of this brand was implemented in the interiors with a focus on biophilic design. Green is no longer a checklist. Architecture and interior design have become more emotional and science based.

We went with a clean type based logo with sub marks that draw emphasis to our circadian RHYTHM. I created a color palate that was dynamic and strong and yet still something a female entrepreneur would want to live in.

The final touch was incorporating the brand pattern that visually defines the word “RHYTHM” further establishing the name in the viewers brain.
